Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for PodAir. If the Service is not working for you, here is what we will do.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate mid-month refunds for monthly plans.

If within 7 days of your first paid charge you decide PodAir is not for you, email billing@podair.com and we will refund the charge in full.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of the original charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable; you keep access for the remainder of the term and cancellation prevents renewal.

Service Failures

If a product failure on our side caused you to lose a recording or significantly disrupted a paid session, contact billing@podair.com with your session ID and a description of what happened. We review every request individually and commonly resolve with a credit, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on severity.

Chargebacks

Please email us first rather than opening a chargeback. Disputed charges that skip our support process may result in account suspension until resolved. We will always try to make it right if you give us the chance.
